Green Community is a gated area defined by landscaped gardens and traffic-free streets. Being a welcoming family-friendly community in Dubai Investment Park, it is one of the most well-planned districts of Dubai. It is considered an idyllic place for families as the area offers all the basic facilities and amenities for a comfortable lifestyle.
It is easier to travel to central Dubai from here and Abu Dhabi is also not too far away. The area has well-maintained gardens and large spaces dedicated solely to greenery. The community was built in multiple phases and the whole area is split into two sub-communities, namely Green Community East and Green Community West. Each sub-community is home to different projects but share the tranquillity and peaceful atmosphere.
