The construction of the uniquely designed Floareá Residence in the Arjan district is set to be completed by the first quarter of 2025.

The lesser-known Dubai developer, Mashriq Elite Developments, has placed a significant emphasis on a luxurious waterfall facade for this project, aiming to distinguish it amidst the high demand for under-construction properties.

The waterfall will stand five meters tall and span 30 meters in width.

Mashriq Elite's CEO, Kamran Muhammad, noted that Dubai's real estate market is thriving, making it an opportune time for the company to integrate into this segment. The emirate's under-construction sector has already recorded sales amounting to 126 billion dirhams (US$ 34.3 billion) in the first three quarters of 2023, indicating that the demand for new projects remains high.

"The real estate market outlook is positive. Areas like Dubai Hills, Al Furjan, Arjan, and Studio City have great potential as housing prices there are relatively affordable, and clients also get numerous amenities. However, due to demand, prices in these areas have been rising, averaging a 20% increase in the last quarter," said Muhammad.
