Emaar will build a massive new 'Oasis' on the outskirts of Dubai

Dubai's leading developer, Emaar, unveiled its largest real estate project yet, with a total value of US$20 billion (AED 73 billion) at a lavish event held at the Armani Hotel in Dubai. The event was graced by the presence of popular Indian actor Shah Rukh Khan.

Emaar, the renowned construction company, has assembled a team of talented specialists to bring this ambitious project to life. Every detail of 'The Oasis' has been meticulously designed using cutting-edge technologies and 3D modeling, ensuring a seamless blend of functionality and aesthetics.

The Oasis project comprises 7,000 residential units, including mansions and villas, offering breathtaking views of canals, lakes, and parks on the outskirts of the city, just 20 minutes away from Downtown Dubai. It promises to provide unique solutions for an active and relaxing lifestyle, elevating comfort and pleasure to a whole new level.

According to Emaar's founder, Mohamed Alabbar, the future project will harmoniously combine architecture and luxurious amenities amidst nature and water. A quarter of the community's area will be dedicated to lakes, canals, parks, jogging tracks, and green landscapes.

The developer stated that Emaar's 'The Oasis' will provide a prestigious and high-class living experience in Dubai's real estate landscape.
