Developer Nakheel has unveiled its new project, Rixos Hotel and Residences, on the Dubai Islands.
The developer, The Palm Jumeirah, in collaboration with Excelsior Real Estate, has launched the new project — Rixos Dubai Islands, in Dubai. Nakheel representatives promise that the long-awaited coastal complex will feature upscale amenities combined with a resort-style way of life.
On the Dubai Islands, the Rixos Hotel and Residences project will be the first hotel and residential complex to offer visitors the same level of service and convenience found at Rixos resorts around the world.
Rasha Hassan, Nakheel's Chief Commercial Officer, commented, "By introducing the globally renowned Rixos brand to Dubai, we are creating an exclusive environment for family leisure that offers a luxurious seaside lifestyle with a touch of urban living."
The residences will consist of apartments with one, two, and three bedrooms, four-bedroom duplexes with private pools, beach houses with private gardens and terraces, as well as 10 luxurious villas, all with direct access to the 700-meter beach for all residents of the complex.
Three-bedroom apartments will have 450 square meters of interior and exterior living space, and the 590-square-meter villas will feature private pools.
Dubai Islands consist of five islands with a total area of 17 sq. km, adding an additional 20 km of beaches to Dubai's coastline.
Rixos Dubai Islands, Hotel and Residences will be situated 20 minutes from the center of Dubai, the airport, and seaports. The project will host over 80 resorts and hotels, including luxurious boutique hotels, family-friendly options, and environmentally friendly hotels. This project supports Dubai's commitment to develop the tourism and hospitality sector as part of the urban plan 'Dubai 2040', with the goal of increasing the number of hotels and creating vibrant and healthy communities.
