The Dubai Creek Tower project was designed by the neo-futurist architect Santiago Calatrava from Spain. The interior design is intended to resemble one of the ancient wonders of the world - the Hanging Gardens of Babylon - which is why the tower will feature rotating observation decks enveloped in greenery.
As for residential real estate, it is represented by six high-rise buildings. There are also separate villas for those who prefer seclusion and coziness.
In the residential towers, such as Creek Palace, investors are offered:
